Whether you have changed your mind or need a different shade, our streamlined process ensures your bedroom sanctuary is exactly as you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unwashed, unused linens back into their original linen storage sacks and shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
